We first met David Deem and his team several years ago. He sponsored garage sales in the neighborhood regularly and personally came by with flyers listing the recent sales in our neighborhood. We spoke to him months ago about selling our home and he gave us many tips to make the house appeal to new buyers. His low key attitude made us feel comfortable with our time frame. When we were ready to put the house on the market, we were able to stage the home ourselves with his expert guidance.
As requested, there was no sign in the yard and there were no open houses. The new buyers saw the house on the MLS website on the first day.

Normally, real estate agents are thought to be worthless unless you're buying a home valuable enough to warrant their time. Robert Mejia dissolved any such fallacies and proved there are agents out there who really do care about their job, their reputation, and their clients. Robert Mejia's first encounter with us yielded no rewards, then we took a 2-year break, only to pick up where we left off. There never seemed to be any regret, frustration, or irritation on his part, despite the 2-year gap in searching for homes. During those 2-years, he still sent us holiday greetings via e-mail and kept in touch on the developments in our lives. Robert Mejia became our good friend who helped us find the perfect home for our current needs, and not just an associate selling us a piece of property. It took 30-days after the possession of the property to reclaim a missing appliance, but Robert Mejia never neglected the situation. Meghan and her excellent staff made a very tedious, document filled procedure very tolerable. All went according to the time schedule laid out. All required documents were supplied online eliminating the need for trips to an office which was much appreciated. Meghan's temperment is ideally suited to handling crises that arrive when on a short timeline such as a 30 day escrow. I could not have been more satisfied, and I have very high expectations. All my expectations were met and then some.
Let me preface this testimonial by saying that I am probably one of the pickiest, most particular people you will ever meet. Add to that a long list of requirements for me and my wife's first home- historical, surviving period details, Mills Act worthy, in good condition, and on a desirable street. This may or may not have been a challenge for Meghan, but she and her team were able to deliver in spades. I'm certain that Meghan would be your best asset no matter what kind of home you are looking for, but if you are specifically looking for a vintage character home in Anaheim, you can't afford not to use Meghan. She is a prominent civic leader in the local community and has an inside track on homes that might be coming to market in the near future. In addition, she surrounds herself with other professionals whose expertise is second to none. From initial contract negotiations to home inspection, financing, and an exceptionally smooth closing, there is not a single aspect of working with Meghan that I would change.
We met meghan and instantly hit it off, she was professional, knowledgeable and you could tell she just really knew the area and excelled in her field. She has the same passion for vintage and repurpose that we do- long before it was cool again. She came over and instantly fell in love with our home. She saw the diamond in the rough and helped us excavate it to what it was when we sold. We asked her tons of questions and posed different scenarios and was met with kindness, efficiency and knowledge. She was honest about pricing, she was appalled as much as we were when we got a low ball offer just because and immediately after the serious buyers started making offers. She told us once she doesn't tend to get emotional about homes but our home,our story ended up being an exception to the rule. We met as a client/agent relationship and ended the transaction as friends. What a great experience. Anyone would be lucky to have her as their agent.
